Overview

The goal of the CEARCH project is to develop a new computer architecture framework, ICE, Intelligent Cognitive Engine, that will enable the deployment of cognitive systems into DoD platforms. The CEARCH team will develop new cognitive algorithms (based on probabilistic and knowledge-based reasoning and learning) and a new computer architecture, with its associated compilers, run-time system, and software components.
